From time to time we get asked a variance of questions relating to our cleaning services and no question is too small to answer. Here you will be able to find a selection of frequently asked questions but don’t panic if you have a question and you cannot see it below because you can contact us here online and Sam will get back to you fairly quickly.

Sometimes this can be done very quickly but the most important thing is that we come and see you to discuss what it is you need because when we visit you we can have a look around and gauge the number of hours required to get the job done professionally for you. Once we have agreed everything and subject to times and availability, we can often start as early as the following week. Sometimes sooner but don't hold us to that!
You can make a payment by bank transfer, cheque or even cash. Which ever suits you really and each time we can give you an invoice and/or receipt for this.
Not a problem! We love dogs but we always ask you to make us aware of this so that we can discuss what we can or cannot do with the dog being in the house. We have some clients that ask us to even let the dog out for a few minutes as well. Especially in the summer months!
This is not essential and to be honest, many of our clients actually like to be out whilst we are cleaning their house. We are there solely to get your house looking perfect.
Not at all. However, we would need to discuss this in more detail when we come out and see you because some larger properties or offices may take longer so confirming the number of hours we are cleaning for is important.
Normally we like to make sure that it is the same person who comes out to clean. From time to time this may change with illness or holidays but normally we find this easier as we get to know how you just like it when it comes to cleaning your house.
Very rarely do we get any complaints for our service but if you do then you are welcome to call me straight away on either number or drop me an email through the website here. Whatever the issue may be, we aim to resolve this immediately because we want all of our clients to be 100% happy.
We do not provide the cleaning materials (products) or hoovers, mops, buckets etc. We would be able to discuss this in more detail when we come to see you and perhaps offer you some advice on the best products to use.
Yes we do and many of our clients take us up on this offer each year.
We normally work within the 9am to 6pm hours however we appreciate that this is not always suitable to you. So, we can work outside of these hours if that helps you and your family. Agreed times would need to be confirmed prior to start date.
Yes we are. We have a Public Liability Insurance and Employers Certificate too.
We get a time booked in to come and see you to discuss a start date. We often find that this is a better approach so we can meet, discuss things in more detail face to face and then confirm a start date.
Not at all. We like to ask for as much notice as possible if you would like to cancel one of our cleaning services though.
